DSL Scheduled Outage March 11, 2008

In order to keep our network running smoothly and efficiently, we plan scheduled network outages to do upgrades and/or improvements.

Our next scheduled outage is on Saturday March 15th. The scheduled maintenance is from 2am to 4am, you may experience intermittent service outages during this time. We will make our upgrades and improvements as quickly as we can and get
things back to normal.

If your service doesn’t work after the scheduled outage or you notice a RED light on your modem, please power cycle your modem before calling us – remove the power from your modem, wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in. In most cases, this will restore service.
