Liberty Lake Internet Exchange, the parent company for WebBand, is changing.

What’s new?
On October 1st, Liberty Lake Internet Exchange became TierPoint. The new name reflects our core business and highlights our efforts at delivering “top tier” connectivity, security and availability.

In January, we will also be opening an expansion to our Data Center. This new facility will add space and services that we currently don’t have. We’re growing and that’s always good for you!

What’s the Same?
Our service to you will not change. WebBand will still be your service provider (the name doesn’t change). Nothing changes. In fact, the backbone of our network gets stronger with the expansion.

We are also still here to service you. Our friendly support team is available to help you with any questions you may have.

TierPoint is a new start for us and a continuation of the same great service for you. The best of both worlds!
