Today, people have more than one computer. It might be that they have a work PC and a home PC. Or maybe it’s the wife’s PC and the kids’ PC. If you work at more than one computer you know that it’s never easy to keep files updated between them both.

That was until now!

Beinsync is a great little program that gives you the flexibility to not only backup your data, but share it among other computers. I’ve been using it now for a couple weeks and have found it VERY useful. Here’s a review of just a few of the features:

Backup: Being in the high tech industry, I get a lot of calls from friends or family with questions. The ones that I hate getting always start, “My system isn’t working and it says, ‘boot failure’. I didn’t just loose everything on my computer did I?” Unfortunately, the answer is usually “yes.” Backing up your data is important. Beinsync makes it easy to do that online.

Sharing: Have some photos that are too big to share via e-mail? Beinsync will give you the tools to send them directly to those you want to share them with. It’s a very powerful feature. And you don’t have to worry about your mail box filling up!

Sync: If you are like me, I have two computers in our house and four people. It never fails, when I want to use the computer to pay bills or fill out Scout reports, my daughter is writing a report on my PC. With Beinsync, I have put all my most used documents in a folder that automatically syncs between all three PCs. That means if my son is playing World of Warcraft and I need to access a letter I just wrote, I can do it from any PC in the house. Very cool!

Beinsync is a very useful program. They give you 1GB of space to backup and you can connect upĀ  2 PCs and share five folders. Paid options are available for more space and connections.
