Google’s nearly two-hour Gmail outage Tuesday (September 1, 2009) was the result of a miscalculation regarding the capacity of its system, the company said late Tuesday.

Short Mail Outage July 24, 2009

We are moving our mail server tonight (07/24/2009). The move will take place sometime between 10pm and midnight and should not take more than a couple minutes. Hopefully it won’t affect anyone. If you can’t get your mail between those times, just wait a few minutes and try again – it should come back quickly. Thanks for your patience.
Wireless Maintenance July 13, 2009

Our wireless network provider is doing a scheduled maintenance on Sunday July 19th from 12am (mid-night) to 6pm. During the maintenance, you will not have access to the Internet. This ONLY affects those on our wireless network – not DSL or dial-up users.

WebBand E-Mail Update March 26, 2009

We will be updating the WebBand e-mail system on Friday March 27th from 5am to 8am (PST). During this time, you will not be able to access or download your mail. You should be able to access it again between 7am-8am.
This will affect e-mail from webband.com, liblake.com, aimcomm.com, aimcomm.net and omnicast.net.

On Thursday March 5th, WebBand DSL customers experienced a short DSL outage. Here’s an official explanation from our IT staff:
Customers behind our managed firewall services experienced several short outages this morning. We have isolated the issue as being failed hardware in the distribution switch. The hardware has been replaced and we believe the issue has been resolved.
